Prajna Foundation is an NGO based in New Delhi that has been working for over two decades to provide young children from disadvantaged backgrounds with the requisite resources and tools to escape the vicious cycle of poverty. Through educational opportunities and initiatives targeted to improve children’s health, livelihood, and economic outcomes, Prajna Foundation has made considerable strides in uplifting the youth in Delhi NCR and working towards the creation of a more equitable society for all.
